The new house we moved into has an insane amount of rhubarb. I have been excited but as I wandered the garden area I realized it has gone crazy! Oh my goodness! Its in an area we have not cleaned up yet (obviously). But look at it! That’s rhubarb all the way back.

This is our first harvest.

I think her expression says it all.

Time to find people who want to share in the bounty 🙂 One of my favorite parts about harvest times is sharing the love.

So, PLEASE oh PLEASE! share your favorite rhubarb tips and recipes. Other than the occasional rhubarb strawberry pie I have not eaten it. I would love some tried and true recipes to use.
