While visiting my husbands grandparents I was given this very wonderful gift. It has been handed down from The Carpenter’s Great Grandmother. So here is my challenge… What is it? Can you guess correctly? 

I will give you a hint. It was something she used in her days of working at the cannery. I am thrilled that I will be able to use such a beautiful tool with such a fabulous heritage when canning in the future.
